Rabbi, you have been brainwashed by the media, who used, abused and exploited Michael Jackson for 25 years to sell more newspapers.

There were NO indications that this might have been a problem. That's why he was acquitted.

I agree strongly that positive comments are the only appropriate words to be spoken about the deceased, who have no means of defense. Idolatry is never appropriate, and in idolizing celebrities, we often cease to perceive their humanity. When our idol dies, our perceptions are corrected. We owe the deceased treatment, in word and deed, that we ourselves would appreciate. Rest in peace, MJ. May our memories of you come to be blessings to us for years to come.
